Weather consideration: Winds won’t be a factor this weekend, with the max sustained winds coming in at 6mph on Saturday and gusts up to 8mph, and 6mph sustained/10mph gusts on Sunday – definitely not worthy of consideration.

There’s a 50% chance of thunderstorms on Saturday throughout most of the day, with a greater chance into the evening and overnight. The same exists for Sunday, which means the Tour will probably continue with Lift, Clean and Place as they did on Friday, and the scores should continue to be extremely low with very receptive greens. Distance will be more of a factor off the tee, and looking at golfers who were successful on Friday could be a good tip-off.

MDF consideration: What would the last full-field event of the 2018-19 season be if there was no massive MDF? 80+ players made the cut, which means it’s yet again necessary to play it a little safer with players near the cut-line. With the players in the -4 to -6 range, avoid any that played poorly on Friday under LCP conditions, as they’ll have basically the same on Saturday; in general, the -4 to -6 range is very dangerous, as some holes have tricky OB areas.
