Weather consideration: The weather will be warm and sunny on both Saturday and Sunday, which means a likely repeat of what was seen on Thursday and Friday – the later tee times will have to contend with firm greens getting even firmer into the afternoon sun, which makes them tougher to hold; conversely, shorter hitters in the afternoon will get a bit of added distance from roll-out if they can hit the fairways. That’s something to consider in Showdowns but isn’t the most actionable for the full weekend slate.

From a wind perspective, it’ll be about the same on the weekend as it was in the first two rounds, easterly winds shifting to WNW later in the day and gusts of no more than 15mph. Not much to worry about there.
