Weather consideration: The wind will move around a bit on Saturday morning but mostly will be blowing into the players which will hurt shorter players, and the winds will be a touch faster than golfers saw on Friday; the heat should bake the course out a touch which means tougher conditions in than the previous two rounds, but added distance off the tee. The very early wave will have the toughest gusts early but it’ll even out later in their round, and the golfers going off later will have to deal with heavier winds near the end of their rounds.

Sunday should see softer conditions with some rain falling Saturday overnight into Sunday, but winds will be up to 10-12mph sustained and gusts in the 15+ mph range. Wind direction will be the same as Sunday, so longer hitters with low traj should find the most success off the tee.

MDF consideration:  Yes, 10+ golfers will fall to the MDF tomorrow. In a typical week, the advice would be to avoid players near the back of the pack to avoid the MDF, but TPC Sawgrass has so many danger areas – as shown by the wild cut swings today – that trouble could see anyone within ~4 shots of the back.
