Weekend Warriors – Norther Trust Open

The Weekend Golf format is very different from the Classic Golf format and it is important to know how to build winning lineups and attack these contests over on DraftKings.  Simply put, Weekend Golf is all about scoring.  Fantasy points for finishing positions are no longer awarded so selecting the right golfers for your lineup will require the right mix of golfers who started off well and others who might just be finding their form for a solid weekend run.

Weather consideration: Nothing outstanding weather-wise to factor in either day – winds will be quiet on Saturday but a little quicker on Sunday, but not enough to make a difference. Warm and sunny both days, with a bit of humidity on Sunday, no delays to worry about.

The course is still drying out but after two straight days of lift, clean & place I would expect it goes back to normal for the weekend. That will be a factor for the typically poor iron players who have had preferred lies for 36 holes; don’t expect Sean O’Hair to continue gaining the 8^th-most strokes on approach, as an example.
