Weekend Warriors – Mayakoba Golf Classic

The weekend

After what seems like forever due to a week off and massive rain delays at the WGC, weekend golf is finally back even if it’s a day late! Contests are pretty weak and there’s no ShotLink data, so play light or just play Showdown would be my personal opinion.

Weather consideration: After losing all of Thursday and playing LCP on Friday, weather on Saturday was much better and the forecast for the next two days looks fine: mix of sun and clouds, not too hot, and winds maxing out at 13mph on Sunday/10mph on Monday. Sunday currently has a small chance of rain, but it would just be sprinkles and not enough to delay or impact play.
