The 2019-2020 PGA season is about to get started with the Greenbrier this coming week and we officially have 50 new players on the PGA Tour.  While most of our competitors in DFS haven’t followed the Korn Ferry Tour and have no idea about who are among the new 50, we have been grinding away.  We have found that the fall season have produced some our most profitable weeks over the years and some of that is most likely attributable to knowing who to target that most folks haven’t even heard of yet.

I will share with you the key players that I believe we need to know and own this fall PGA season.  You may notice that most of the guys I talk about here are in their 20s and it is not a coincidence.  There certainly are cases where journeymen in their late 30s who have bounced back and forth between the PGA and Korn Ferry Tour find something in their game and can put together a nice season.  That case is nowhere near as common as when we see guys who are are hitting their mid twenties develop into great players who become PGA Tour fixtures..  I am looking for those types of players, who have really high ceilings because of their massive talent and catapult to great things.  I have written this column for five years now and have featured the likes of Aaron Wise, Andrew Landry, Austin Cook, Chesson Hadley, Bryson DeChambeau, Tony Finau, and  Justin Thomas, all who have won on the PGA Tour and all before they became the household names they are today in the DFS world.  Will the following guys be able to grab wins on Tour, I don’t know, but there is a ton of potential here and it is certainly nice to be able to grab them early in their careers.
