The Fantasy Golf Insider Crystal Ball: 2018 Football Edition

For those of you familiar with my Fantasy Golf Crystal Ball articles, you know how successful they have been over the past several years, and I have spent countless hours on research to try and replicate that success with this Football edition.   The purpose of this article is not meant to identify those players that I believe are going to finish 1^st through 20^th in fantasy points this year. Anybody can list LeVeon Bell, David Johnson, Alvin Kamara, Zeke Elliot, and Todd Gurley as their recommended players this season, but how much good does that do you. This article is also not meant to be an article featuring 20 sleeper guys nobody has heard of that come out of nowhere to have amazing seasons.  This article is meant to highlight players that I believe will exceed expectations, have a high ceiling, outproduce their average draft position (ADP), have solid seasons and provide value for season long leagues and DFS alike.

Most of you know us as golf experts here at FGI, and we are, but long before we played fantasy golf, football was our fantasy passion.  Zach and I started playing fantasy football in the late eighties, long before it became the juggernaut it is today.  Over the years I have played in many leagues, including some of the biggest high stakes leagues.  I have won season long leagues in both the FFPC and NFFC. I have also had success playing DFS football as well. I have been NET positive in each of the last four seasons playing DFS Football.  In 2016 I was fortunate enough to win over $150,000 during the football season.  In week 1 I took 2^nd out of 113,818 in the main $20 GPP and 6^th out of 1,436,510 in the $3 GPP. Last year I was fortunate enough to qualify for the $12,000,000 Draftkings Live Final in Miami Florida.  I left there having won $35,000. We know golf, but we also know football, so I hope you join us for this 2018 season as we will be providing tools and articles for season long and DFS football throughout the entire NFL season to all Edge & Pro Pack members of FGI.
