The final event of the PGA TOUR’s Asian Swing is the World Golf Championships-HSBC Champions where many of the world’s best golfers have assembled.  This is a limited-field WGC event with no cut and experience usually matters.  Sheshan International Golf Club is a stock par 72 that measures 7,261 yards in length.  The Par 5s are particularly difficult and wind can play a factor here as evidenced by the wide range of winning scores over the years.  Big hitters typically go well here, but previous winners prove that any type of golfer can be a threat to win.  Since wind is currently forecasted, especially on Friday, expect scoring to be similar to last year.  The latest weather forecast for Shanghai, China can be found here.

The FGI PGA Interactive Model is going to assist us with our lineup building process because it identifies the golfers with solid Recent Form and whose Key Stats set up nicely at Sheshan International Golf Club.  It also allows us to factor in Course History as well as an emphasis on Vegas (odds to win).  Below are the FGI PGA Interactive Model Overall weightings I will be using this week along with the Key Stats weightings for the World Golf Championships-HSBC Champions provided by our friends at Fantasy Golf Metrics:
