The Hamilton Golf & Country Club will host this year’s edition of the RBC Canadian Open as the tournament shifts to the week prior to the U.S. Open. It is a par 70 that measures 6,967 yards in length and should have no problem yielding plenty of birdies this week. Previous leaderboards of the RBC Canadian Open when last played here in 2006 and 2012 show that shorter hitters tend to go well here, however big hitters can power their way into contention as well. Overall, golfers with an accurate approach game will likely play well this week, but those who are also good with their putter on the Poa-bentgrass greens will be the ones threatening to win.
