TOUR Championship Leaderboard Heading into the Weekend:

The TOUR Championship has proved to be a difficult test for some but not for Dustin Johnson so far.  After a T2 finish at the PGA Championship, destroying the field at THE NORTHERN TRUST and a playoff loss at the BMW Championship, DJ is signaling to the rest of the golfing world that he is back to his peak form and no doubt wants to be this season’s FedExCup champion.  He is looking the part so far at the TOUR Championship when he fired a round one 3-under 67 at East Lake Golf Club and followed that up with a steady performance in round two when he shot even par.  DJ has fully taken advantage of his 10-under Starting Strokes and maintains a one stroke lead heading into the final two rounds.  After a closing 69 at the BMW Championship last week, all appears to be in good working order after Sungjae Im shot a 2-under 68 on Friday and a blistering 6-under 64 on Saturday.  Xander Schauffele also got off to a fast start at East Lake Golf Club and sits right behind Im in solo 3^rd place on the TOUR Championship leaderboard.  Tyrrell Hatton and his solid all-around game finds himself in the mix in Atlanta, Georgia.  He sits along with Jon Rahm and Collin Morikawa at T5 on the TOUR Championship leaderboard heading into the final rounds.  A few more good rounds of golf should be on tap with the Labor Day finish at the TOUR Championship.
