Jeff’s Hardcore Core- Valspar Championship

Another Players Championship that was super close coming down the stretch with tons of excitement.  Cam Young came through as part of my core last week and helped me salvage some of the week having lost a lot of rosters due to Morikawa and Fox withdrawing.  It continues to be frustrating to DFS players, having guys who withdraw after lineups lock and ruining rosters. I did however have a few rosters that were miraculously able to cash even with Morikawa having hit on guys like Young, Fitz, and Aberg.    We have talked about it thousands of times of the decade plus we have been doing this knowing that Draftkings is not going to make an effort to solve what is a very frustrating deal, so we are just going to have to live with it.

This week we have the final event of the Florida swing, as the Valspar Championship tees off from Palm Harbor, Florida.   The course is Innisbrook Resort (Copperhead) and it is a tough, but fun course, at least for us watching the event.  A strong field, so it should be an exciting week.
