Jeff’s Hardcore Core- Valspar Championship

A really fun and exciting Players Championship last week, at least up to the point where J.J Spaun crapped his pants under the pressure on Monday morning.  It is really something for a professional to not take one reasonably decent shot in a three hole stretch. It was sad to see him come out and just hand it to Rory.

The closing stretch on Sunday was at least fun and overall, TPC Sawgrass is just such an entertaining course and chalk full of fun risk reward holes that can make even the professionals look bad.

This week we have the final event of the Florida swing as the Valspar Championship tees off from Palm Harbor, Florida.   The course is Innisbrook Resort (Copperhead) and it is a tough, but fun course, at least for us watching the event.  A surprisingly strong field following a couple big events, so it should be an exciting week.
