Jeff’s Hardcore Core- Tour Championship
Another PGA season in the books at the conclusion of this week’s Tour Championship. It is the completion of our 7th year here at FGI and I honestly cannot tell you where the time has gone. I know I say this a lot, but we could not do it with out you, Team FGI. We truly want to thank you for your loyalty to FGI over the years. Some of you have been with us from the very start. We were the first ones to develop a fantasy golf only research site and since then there have been hundreds that have popped up, to go along with another million podcasts. The fact that you stick with us says a lot about you and a lot about us.
We appreciate your support so much and will continue to bust our tails to provide you the absolute best research tools and content that we possible can. If there is anything we can ever do to make your experience better, do not hesitate to let us know. If you have ever contacted us with questions, I think our responses let you know how much we care about you and your success playing fantasy and dfs golf.
Thank you again and know that your loyalty to FGI and now Football Insider Edge means everything to us.
Now, onto the Tour Championship, which for the third year has staggered starting positions. I have posted the starting positions and results for the last two years (2019 and 2020). I always find data like this important to analyze to see what we can expect even though it is a small sample size. I will talk about my thoughts on the past two years below.
Finally, just because the Tour Championship is this week, doesn’t mean that we get a long drawn out vacation like other sports. The new season starts up September 16th with the Fortinet Championship (Silverado Resort). We have found so much success with DFS and betting during the fall season. With new players coming on tour, you really have to be locked in to stay on top of it. Luckily you have us to help. I will be putting out an article featuring some of my newcomers on tour in the next couple of weeks, so be sure to look for that. The DFS contests are a little smaller in the fall, but I think our edge becomes bigger over the competition, so stay on board!
