Jeff’s Hardcore Core- The Memorial

As I write this article on Memorial Day, I want to give big thanks to our veterans and service members.  Thank you for serving our country and protecting our freedoms.  Myself and family are very grateful for your commitment and sacrifice to this country.  Thank you.

Also, a big thanks to Emiliano Grillo who took what would have been a losing GPP week for me,  into a slight winner.  It was one of those weeks where every time I refreshed the DK app, I was either out of the money or one or two places into the money.  Certainly nothing to write home about, but in the long run (which is what we are in it for), the min-cashes and slightly up weeks keep us in the game as opposed to taking a donut.

This week should be a fun one as we have another elevated event at a fun and interesting course (Muirfield).  We will certainly hear a lot about the famous milkshakes and Jack Nicklaus himself this week as he is basically Muirfield.

A really strong field this week and everybody is here with the exception of Tony Finau and Max Homa.

I cannot believe we are just two weeks away from the U.S Open.  What a great stretch of golf we are in right now.  Best of luck this week team FGI.
