Jeff’s Hardcore Core- Safeway Open

Here we go Team FGI with the 2018-2019 PGA Tour Season!  The Safeway Open means a new, clean slate for the players on tour, but also for us as DFS players.  If you had a not so great 2017-2018 season, now is the time to try and figure out why.  Was it strictly variance/bad luck?  Or are there parts of your game or strategy that could use improvement?  There is no better time to reevaluate your style/strategy/and game overall then the Fall swing season.

There is also not much of a better time to play DFS golf as far as profitability then the Fall swing season in my opinion.  Of course if you completely crushed DFS and outright betting last year like I know a lot of you did,  keep doing what your doing, but always still keep your eyes open for new trends that seem to develop within the industry all the time.  I am always diving deep to try and find new and innovative strategies, but also see what has worked in the past, as you will see later in my column when I talk about my strategy this week.

If you are looking to improve your game be sure to read Zach’s outstanding three part GPP series outlining the characteristics of all winning GPP rosters in 2017.  In December he will be rolling out the updated version with 2018 findings, but for know be sure to dive into those articles as there is a tremendous amount of information that you need to master (and most people have not in the industry) to help you become or stay profitable while playing DFS Golf.

Let me also remind you to stay disciplined with your bankroll all the time, but especially early in the Fall season. It is an outstanding time to play DFS golf as we at FGI have had so much success over the past few years, but that is not reason enough to shove all-in over a stretch of a half dozen events or so.  Be patient, build your bankroll, improve your skills as a DFS player and enjoy the Fall season.  Of course if you ever have any questions and want to hit me up you can email me directly at jeff@fantasygolfinsider.com.  I do my best to get back to each and every email within a couple days.  My number 1 mission is to help you become the best player you can be and I am willing to do everything I can to accomplish that.
