Jeff’s Hardcore Core European Edition- Lyoness Open

Note to self- Do not play European DFS Golf for the Nordea Masters next year.  Talk about an upside down event that made very little sense at all.  Matthew Fitzpatrick, one of my favorite plays this season came through with the victory that I have been waiting for. The crazy part is it was on the course that I would have thought the least likely for it to happen at, the longest.  8 of the 14 Hardcore Core made the cut, which was disappointing. Although we did have some decent performances from Stenson (T4), Hatton (T20), Johnston (T12), Gross (T23), and Quesne (T25).  I feel like as the fields get a bit stronger on the European Tour, the results will be more predictable for us.  This week we have another light field, because many players will be heading over here for the U.S Open next week.  Be sure to check out Pari’s Euro Tour Preview this week, as he does a real nice job of highlighting many players that you should focus on.  Best of luck this week!
