Jeff’s Hardcore Core- 3M Open

Following The Open Championship, it is never easy for the 3M Open to attract a loaded field of top names in golf.  Unfortunately, the PGA did not make this an elevated, which would have helped the cause.  Even though the field is not great, we at FGI are still excited as it is a home game for us being held at TPC Twin Cities (in Blaine, Minnesota).  I do really enjoy this tournament and the course itself. It is a really fun mix of scorable holes and blow-up holes.   There is a ton of water throughout the course and every year it is among the top two courses in water balls.  There are some scorable short par 4s and some really great risk/reward holes.  If you are going to be out at the course during the week hit us up and we will see if we can meet up and say hi.   Best of luck this week my friends!
