Jeff’s Hardcore Core- 3M Open

The 3M Open this week is a home game for us at Team FGI and we are really excited.  Tuesday and/or Wednesday I will be bringing my kids out to the course for the practice round and pro-am as the players are usually more accessible and willing to pose for pictures and sign autographs for them.  Then I will likely head out real early Thursday or Friday morning and spend the better part of the day out there following various groups.  I really like TPC Twin Cites golf course and not just because it is local.  It is a wonderful mix of scoring and blow-up holes. There is a ton of water throughout the course and every year it is among the top two courses on tour in water balls.  There are some scorable short par 4s and some really great risk/reward holes.  As we kind of expected, the field is not the strongest ever, following The Open Championship, but we will see a few big names at least  (Finau, Day, Fowler, Matsuyama, Im).  If you are going to be out at the course during the week hit us up and we will see if we can meet up and say hi.  Best of luck this week my friends!
