Fantasy Golf Tournament Preview- Saudi International (Pro Package)

OVERVIEW

Last year was our first look at Royal Greens and I think we found out enough about the course to determine who we need to target this week a bit better than we did last year (Note: We did target DJ [Winner] – Haotong [2^nd] – Richard Sterne [13^th], but outside of that it wasn’t a very successful week). The bombers fared well last year and the same is expected for this week. Keeping it in the fairways didn’t prove to be a huge factor in success so I’m not leaning on accuracy guys at all this week, but scrambling will be necessary so that will be a key stat to target. Of course, whoever putts the best usually is in the mix, but finding that player or group of players is easier said than done. The course usually plays as a Par 72, but it’s been shortened to a Par 70 with only the 4^th & 18^th holes remaining as Par 5’s. Wind was a big factor last year and if it blows again, could be one this year as well – so keep an eye on the forecast.
