Fantasy Golf Tournament Preview- RBC Heritage

Well I hope you all enjoyed Masters Week, as my main man Sergio (with the help of the ghost of Seve Ballesteros, probably) exercised the demons and finally got his first major victory. This week we head to the Dye-abolical Harbour Town Golf Links for the RBC Heritage. This event is an invitational, which means there are less players in the field than normal (about 132 vs 156) which also means we have a better shot at getting 6/6 through the cut and will put more emphasis on hitting the correct 6 to win GPPs. As mentioned above, the course was designed by Pete Dye, so if you’re looking for correlated courses take a look at PGA West Stadium (Career Builder),  TPC Sawgrass (PLAYERS), TPC Louisiana (Zurich) to see how others in the field have fared on Dye courses in the past. I personally wouldn’t look at Whistling Straits as the course is setup completely different for a major as well as that course being completely different than the others listed above. I’m a bit tight on time this week, so the analysis will be really straight to the point. All plays listed have hours of research built into them and just because I don’t have a 5 sentence rant on how good a player is, doesn’t mean he’s any less of a play than someone else.
