Fantasy Golf Tournament Preview – Mallorca Golf Open (Euro Tour- Pro Pack Members)
Welcome to the Week 43 of the Golf Calendar Year!
So, Valderrama… Yes, that happened. What a marvelous piece of complete chaos to watch unfold. In the end, congrats to Matt Fitzpatrick on getting the job done! Between the PGA and the Euro Tour, I imagine we all took a stake in him at least once somewhere over the course of the season whether on the outright market on DK, so it was nice to see him get the job done, even if I was nowhere near close being on him. Some of the minor players in last week’s article moved up and down the board a bit, but nothing noteworthy. If anyone reading this, managed to put something decent together last week let me know.
I guess you could say it was a complete sweep for Team Euro as Rory got it done at the Summit for career win #20. Congrats to him! Zach put up Morikawa in the “Weekly Betting Picks” article and had it not been for Friday’s 2nd Round 70 and that Bogey-Double Bogey-Bogey stretch on 10/11/12, the tourney might have been his. Gads of helpful content put out last week by Jeff, Zach, and Erik so hopefully you all made money.
A trip to Japan this time of year does sound nice, doesn’t it? Not everyone on tour seems to think so, as what looked like a star-studded field in 2019 (Get Well Soon Tiger!) pales in comparison to then and even last week in Las Vegas. There are names and definitely some opportunities there. With at least a leaderboard to work from, I have no doubt that this week’s pod from Jeff and Zach will be as entertaining as usual with nuggets and leans on lower owned gems to get you into the bigger money. I am looking forward to it for sure as there are too many $6,000 Japanese golfers that I do not know too much about – yet.
On to the last week in Spain and down to our 3 final chances to accrue R2D points and hopefully qualify for the World Tour Championship in Dubai on November 18th.
Away we go… to the Mallorca!
