Fantasy Golf Tournament Preview- Hero Indian Open (European Tour Package)
OVERVIEW
The Hero Indian Open is back to being hosted at the Gary Player designed DLF Golf & Country Club again this year. Last year’s winner Matt Wallace won’t be around to defend his title as he’s in Austin, TX playing in the WGC Match Play, so if I had to guess who will win this week, I’d venture between a Brit and one of India’s own, but only because they have numbers in this field). Aside from the length of this course being far less than what the European Tour originally listed the first year, this course features some sick bunkering and a very cool design all-around. Players will have to keep the ball in the fairways off the tee in order to be successful this week and while distance is nice, it’s not the deciding factor which is why you’ll notice a difference in the picks this week as opposed to normal weeks where we target bombers and bad putters.
