Fantasy Golf Tournament Preview- Hero Indian Open (European Tour Package)

OVERVIEW

Last year we were tricked by EuropeanTour.com in their posted yardage which stated the 7,600-yard measurement and that definitely threw us for a loop. We still nabbed some good picks along the way, but defending champion SSP was nowhere on my radar because of the expected yardage gap. Knowing what we know now, we’ll be targeting more of the accurate golfers vs bombers and if they scramble well, they get a bump. As usual, we also want to target Indian born golfers or golfers that primarily play on the Asian Tour (as they should be accustomed to most of the nuances of this course). The course features some crazy undulations in the terrain as well as the greens, so I’m ticking down any old guys and heavier set fellows this week as well. Sand saves should be an important stat to target if you’re looking at less accurate players.
