Fantasy Golf Tournament Preview- Charles Schwab Challenge

OVERVIEW

The week after a major is always a letdown. This week is no different, though we do have a decent field at the top of the board in Spieth – JT – Morikawa – Reed – Berger – Finau – Scheffler – Zalatoris and Abe Ancer… wait, what? Sorry, but I know he shot -7 yesterday at Kiawah, but he did it in benign conditions and does NOT deserve to be 20/1 this week. Sorry, but that’s the truth. Of course, he’s getting the very recent form and last year’s course history bump in that number, but my god that’s a bad number on a guy whose never won on the PGA Tour. Anyways, this was the first event we got out of the COVID break last year, which was played without fans and all that other stuff. I think we’ll get a better event this year and I hope the course doesn’t play different than what we expect after seeing Phil win on a course last week where I don’t think many people saw him winning especially at 250/1 and at almost 51 years old!
