Fantasy Golf Tournament Preview- BMW International Open (Euro Tour Package)
OVERVIEW
This week’s BMW International Open will be played at Golfclub Munchen Eichenried as it’s one of two courses in the rotation for the event (the other being Golf Club Gut Larchenhof, which has hosted during even numbered years). Eichenried is a tree-lined parkland course which demands accuracy off the tee as the second cut of rough is the most penal. That’s the extent of the course breakdown as it’s primarily a flat course with minimal bunkers and it’s not a bomb and gouge course, which is evident by the list of past winners at this course. Water is technically in play on about ten holes, but you have to get pretty crooked to find it. Scoring at this course in the past has been pretty low, so this year should follow suit. Lastly, in the “history” portion under each player, I’ll be listing how they finished in 2017 & 2015 only as how players finished on different courses has even less impact than how they’ve finished on this course in the past.
