Fantasy Golf Tournament Preview- Alfred Dunhill Championship
OVERVIEW
The European Tour doesn’t care about Thanksgiving in the United States and is set to hold the latest rendition of the Alfred Dunhill Championship at Leopard Creek Golf Club in South Africa. Historically this event has been dominated by fellow South Africans over the years, so leaning on South Africans seems like a solid way of building lineups this week, but it may be the consensus way of doing so as well. Leopard Creek is an undulating bushland that is relatively easy assuming our players stay dry (their golf balls, not physically) as there’s quite a bit of water hazards on the course. The greens are heavily bunkered, so not only will we need to target good scramblers, but we’ll also need to target players who are good out of the sand. Of course, the prototypical player for this course is a good ball striker, so naturally we’ll be leaning on those who excel at hitting greens in regulation.
