Weather consideration: The morning on Saturday could see some light rain but nothing that would impact play, and the same levels of precipitation are expected on Sunday afternoon – probably not enough to affect the course.

However! There is a big advantage to be gained by looking at winds, as Saturday morning will see winds in the 6-12mph range (sustained) but Saturday afternoon will have gusts in the 20-25mph range. The earlier Saturday groups will have a clear advantage in that regard, so targeting the earlier tee times could be a real advantage. The same can be said for Sunday, as the morning will have light winds and the afternoon will have gusts up to 20mph; it’s a tough ask to consider R4 tee times when making a weekend slate, but it’s something to consider for R4 Showdown play.
