Jeff’s Hardcore Core- PGA Championship

11 out of 15 of the Hardcore Core last week made the cut, but we didn’t have any big finishes from players however, thus I was able to cash with some teams, but did not have any large cashes. This week I have very high expectations as the majors we have done extremely well with over the past three years. There are several guys in the lower price range that I really like and will provide us enough value and cost savings so that we can go up and get a stud or two.

As always for major championships, the pricing is soft, so it allows us to roster semi all-star teams. I always believe ownership % is important in roster construction, but I want to encourage you not to avoid certain players just because their ownership will be high this week. You will see in my Core, that I have several of the guys that I feel will be highly owned, just because the most important thing you need to be to win the million dollars is correct. I am a big proponent of a stars and scrubs roster composition this week as I believe the Top 10 will be littered with big names. I have a lot of rosters so far stacked with DJ, Garcia, Grace, and Schwartzel.
